Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from tourist tax.

Reservation:
Only valid in writing (by email or post). In case of a successful reservation we ask you to pay the deposit of 30 % of the total amount. The deposit can be made by bank transfer within 14 days.

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3 p.m.

Billing:
The billing takes place one day before departure. The deposit can be paid before arrival by bank transfer. We do not accept credit or debit cards. The balance (without deposit) can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Children's discount:
For children staying in the room of the parents.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary costs in the event of illness, death, job loss etc. If you are interested, please take a look at www.europaeische.at.

Smokers/non-smokers:
All our rooms/apartements are non-smoking rooms/apartements.

Cancellation:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full room rate.
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Short stay surcharge: 
For short stays up to three days we charge an extra fee. 

Parking:
A maximum of 1 parking space is available free of charge for Apartment 3.
A maximum of 2 parking spaces are available free of charge for apartments 1, 2, 4 and 5.

Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
Pets are only allowed in apartment 1 on request (double final cleaning will be charged).
